1. Karate Kids Irvinestown– beginners course
Tuesday 6:00 – 6:45.
This is an 6 week beginners course for age 5 – 9. It commences January 29th – March 4th .The cost is £12.

2. Junior Courses
Tuesday       7:00 – 7:55.at the Bawnacre Centre in Irvinestown.
Wednesday  6:00 – 6:55.at the Trillick Leisure Centre.

These are ongoing series of courses leading to grading examinations for all grades & ages from 8 – 12.

This is an ongoing series of classes for all grades for cadets(13–17) & seniors (18+).

Tuesday    8:00 – 9:30.    cost £4.00
Thursday  8:00 – 9:00.    cost £3.00

This is a 5 week course for age 16+ to introduce Karate to adult newcomers.
Tuesday January 29th – February 26th    8:00 – 9:00    cost £15

This is a special training session for all grades & ages.
The instructor will be the head of Washinkai Karate International - sensei Chris Thompson (8th dan)
